Terms of Service

Updated 2026-06-26

The German version is authoritative.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of the keeo apps, devices, and website (together, the “Service”), operated by keeo AG, Zurich, Switzerland. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Pilot Service

keeo is currently offered as a pilot (beta). Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn, and the Service may be unavailable from time to time. We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis during the pilot.

3. Not a Medical or Emergency Service

keeo is a companion and care-coordination aid. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not an emergency service. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something provided through the Service.

4. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the activity in your care circle. You confirm that you have the right to add a person you care for and to invite other members.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it unlawfully or in a way that harms others.

6. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Data is hosted in Switzerland and the European Union and handled under the Swiss FADP and the EU GDPR.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, keeo AG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the pilot Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swiss law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law.
